I regret to tell you that I am yet to receive the package as I write this mail.
I missed a call while I was in the shower this morning. When I called back later, the gentleman informed me that he was at the gate at the time of the call, and it appears as though he won’t deliver the package any longer.
Please be informed that the package, if not delivered today, will no longer be useful for its intended purpose, and I will be seeking a full refund with inconveniences.
I decided to try out this vendor for once and, what a terrible experience!

Good evening! Yes indeed we received your order on the 10th of October night our delivery time is typically 3 to 7 working days maximum.
The package is in Kano at the moment. It shows Kaduna in your tracking because that is DHLs main hub for the north. From the tracking I see it was out for delivery today. I will check with DHL in the morning to find out why it wasn’t delivered today as they scheduled.
