Any claims for misprinted, defective or damaged items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If your order was a custom order, please email us to discuss your concerns, we will do what we can to help. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping on returns.
The right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Ngravology reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
The return address is set by default to our facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Delivery costs are non-refundable on returns. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.
